Hotel terms and regulations

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

• Smoking is only allowed in areas where smoking is allowed and/ or outside the balcony of the room (after closing the door).

• Behave properly in public: respect the order that comes first and foremost; prioritize pregnant women, people with disabilities, older people; do not make noisy screams; do not do uncultural actions in public places; manage children in public areas.

• Please return the room key to the receptionist when checking out the hotel.

• Please store valuable items in a safe in the room or send them at the front desk. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to your personal property in case you do not comply with the regulations.

• It is strictly forbidden to cook in the room. Requires the use of electrical appliances for the right purpose.

• It is not permitted to bring any weapons, chemicals or explosives into the hotel area at any time.

• It is strictly forbidden to commit illegal activities in hotels such as gambling, prostitution or the use of stimulants.

• In case you have guests outside to visit,please inform the reception. If you would like to invite guests outside to stay overnight, please contact and register with the hotel reception to pay the stay fee in accordance with the hotel rules.

   

Room capacity

Specified number of standard persons included in the room money:

Each extra room is up to one (01) extra bed
Up to 1 child under 12 years old can share a bed with their parents

Booking rules

• Room rates are calculated in Vietnamese Dong and subject to current service & tax fees, including breakfast for standard guests in the room (please see the standard number of people in each room).

• Payment is made in Vietnam dong (VND) or in foreign currency converted at the official exchange rate given by the hotel at the time of payment. The hotel accepts forms of cash payments, credit cards or bank transfers.

• Booking does not count as confirmed until you receive a written booking confirmation from the hotel. Checking room status by phone does not count as a booking agreement.

• Room requirements (such as bed type, non-smoking, ICO) may be required in the booking. However, the arrangement depends on the hotel's room status and is confirmed by the booking.

• Other expenses (such as laundry, minibar, telephone IDE) and services incurred you require during your stay at the hotel to be paid directly by the customer at check-out.

• For reservations for delegations of 10 or more rooms, please contact the Business Department via email address sales@sennahue.com or contact sales1@sennahue.com to organize events, weddings, meetings and conferences.

   

Check-in & check-out rules

Check-in time: from 14: 00. Early check-in can be arranged if the hotel has room available. The hotel will charge a surcharge if you want to check in before 14: 00.

Check-out time at 12: 00. The hotel will collect half the room price if you check out late after 12h00 and collect the entire room price if you check out after 18H00.

Regulations on children and extra beds

• Up to one (01) child under 12 years old can share a bed with their parents

• Children under 5 years old are free, sharing bed with parents

• Children from 5 to 11 years old require surcharge sáng 175,000 VND / day, sharing bed with parents

• Children 12 years of age and older are seen as adults and require placing extra beds in the room.

Surcharge for extra bed is 800,000 vnd / night, maximum one (01) extra bed in each room.

The surcharge is not included in the room rate and is required to pay directly at the hotel. Please contact the booking department for more information.

Cancellation rules

For standard price reservations:

• Cancellation notice 14 days prior to check - in will not be charged.

• Cancellation notice from 14 to 07 days before check-in date: 50% payment on the total booking fee.

• Cancellation notification less than 07 days before check-in date: 100% payment of total booking fee.

For booking price promotion:

• No cancellation notice is accepted at any time after receiving the booking confirmation.

• If you do not check in without notice, you will be subject to full payment of the total booking fee.

   

Deposit regulations

• All reservations must be guaranteed by the payment card at the time of booking.

• For standard price booking: to ensure booking, you must pay the total booking cost at least 14 days before the check-in date.

• For booking promotional rates: to ensure booking, you must pay the total cost of booking right at the time of receiving the booking confirmation.

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire service if no deposit is received within the stated limit.

   

Force majeure case

In cases of force majeure (meaning any unforeseen and inevitable objective circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, civil disturbances, Wars, fires, floods, other emergencies or any delay in the necessary and essential repair of the hotel) rendering the hotel unable to perform the stated obligations, the hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, complaints, etc. beyond our control.
